Delibom

Client Overview

Who is Delibom?

Delibom is a modern café concept centred on delicious food, unique experiences, and community connection. As a new hospitality effort, the company entered the market with no established brand, client base, or digital presence. The founders understood that opening a café was about more than just offering good cuisine and coffee. Long before launch day, anticipation had to be built, a distinct brand created, and significant links with the local community established.

01

The Problem

Zero brand. Zero presence. Day one.

Even with an established customer base, opening a new café is difficult. Delibom was beginning with neither. Before its launch, the company lacked a logo, a visual identity, a social media following, and digital platforms capable of raising awareness. At the same time, it was entering a congested hospitality sector in which established cafés had already built consumer trust, strong review profiles, and loyal local communities.

The challenge did not include upgrading an existing marketing approach. It involved creating a whole brand ecosystem from scratch while adhering to a set launch timeframe. Every touchpoint, from branding and content to community interaction and advertising, needed to collaborate to ensure Delibom entered the market with visibility, credibility, and momentum from the start.

No Brand Identity

Delibom did not have a visual identity, messaging strategy, or brand guidelines. Before the launch, every customer-facing component had to be completely developed from scratch.

Zero Digital Presence

There was no digital foundation to assist customer discovery prior to launching due to a lack of social media profiles, website traffic, and community awareness.

Crowded Local Market

The hospitality industry is quite competitive. Established cafés already had a significant market share, strong reputations, and dedicated customer bases in the local community.

Launch Deadline Pressure

The café's launch date was set. Brand development, content creation, social media setup, and promotional activities all have to be completed within a specific timeline.

02

Goals

More than just another café.

The goal wasn't just to open a café. The goal was to develop a brand that people recognised, remembered, and wanted to interact with prior to opening day. Every marketing campaign was intended to raise awareness, create anticipation, and establish Delibom as a destination rather than just another café fighting for attention.

01

Build a complete brand identity from zero

Create a comprehensive brand system that includes visual identity, message, design assets, and brand guidelines to ensure awareness across all digital and physical touchpoints.

02

Create pre-launch anticipation in the community

Create local awareness and excitement before to launch by using smart content, narrative, and community-focused initiatives to inspire people to follow the journey.

03

Establish an Instagram-first brand presence

Create a visually appealing social presence that promotes discovery, engagement, and sharing in a category largely affected by visual-first platforms.

03

Research

What Makes People Choose a Café?

Before launching any advertisements, we analysed hospitality customer behaviour, local café trends, and digital discovery patterns. Our research indicated that successful cafés compete on more than just their menu choices. Before customers even come, factors like as atmosphere, visual appeal, social proof, and community engagement frequently affect their purchasing decisions. These observations formed the basis for Delibom's launch strategy and brand positioning.

Consumer Behaviour

Ambience drives first visit; quality drives return

Consumers are frequently lured to cafés because of their atmosphere and aesthetic appeal. However, consistent food quality and customer service are what turn first-time visitors into returning customers.

Category Analysis

Most new cafés launch with no pre-opening content

Many hospitality firms wait until opening day to start promoting. This creates a visibility gap, limiting audience awareness and slowing launch momentum.

Platform Insights

Instagram & Facebook are the primary discovery channels

Social media is extremely important in the finding of hospitality. Before visiting a café, prospective consumers frequently assess its quality, atmosphere, and appeal via its digital presence.

Audience Research

Community connection drives loyalty

Customers are more inclined to support businesses that actively participate in their local communities. Strong community relationships foster advocacy, recommendations, and return visits.

04

Our Strategy

Build the brand first. Everything else follows.

Our strategy was built on a basic premise: effective marketing begins with a solid brand foundation. Rather of focusing solely on promotions, we first developed Delibom's identity, visual language, and positioning. After the brand was clearly defined, every campaign, content asset, and community initiative collaborated to provide a uniform experience. This organised approach allowed us to gradually raise awareness, generate excitement before the launch, and foster long-term involvement beyond the first day.

Brand Identity System

We created a complete brand environment, which included logo design, colour palette, typography, visual direction, and messaging guidelines. This ensured uniformity across all client touchpoints and established a distinctive market presence.

Visual Content Production

Professional photography and creative assets captured the café's environment, menu highlights, and brand personality. Every visual was created to increase engagement across multiple social channels.

Pre-Launch Teaser Campaign

A structured teaser campaign was created to generate interest and expectation. We presented Delibom to the local community gradually, using countdowns, behind-the-scenes content, and launch announcements.

Influencer & Community Activation

We collaborated with local creators and community voices to increase reach, create meaningful conversations, and build social proof ahead of the launch phase.

Ongoing Content Calendar

A planned content architecture ensured constant posting prior to and after launch. The calendar provided a balance of promotional content, customer engagement, brand storytelling, and community-focused updates.

Physical & Digital Brand Alignment

To create a seamless customer journey, every physical part of the café, from signs and menus to packaging and advertising materials, was designed to work in tandem with the digital brand.

Execution

Execution by Phase

With the strategy finalised, execution was delivered through a phased rollout designed to build awareness progressively. Each stage focused on a specific objective, from establishing the brand foundation and producing launch-ready assets to activating the local community and maintaining engagement after opening. This structured approach ensured every activity contributed to a cohesive launch experience while creating momentum that continued beyond opening day.

Brand Identity Build

The project began with the development of Delibom's overall brand identity. We created the logo, colour scheme, font system, visual guidelines, and other brand elements. These foundations provided consistency in social media, marketing materials, signage, menus, and customer-facing communications. By developing a strong identity first, every subsequent marketing activity strengthened brand recognition and credibility.

Visual Content Production & Social Setup

To increase launch awareness, we created a comprehensive content collection that highlighted the café's atmosphere, food presentation, beverages, décor, and customer experience. The social media platforms were professionally optimised and arranged to fit the new corporate identity. This ensured that Delibom entered the market with a professional and compelling digital presence capable of capturing rapid attention.

Pre-Launch Teaser Campaign & Influencer Activation

A pre-launch marketing was launched to instill anticipation before the big day. Countdown content, venue previews, menu revelations, behind-the-scenes updates, and launch announcements were all selectively provided to stimulate interest. Local influencers and community makers were enlisted to spark genuine conversations, broaden reach, and demonstrate social proof prior to launch.

Launch & Ongoing Community Management

Following launch, we focused our focus to maintaining engagement and establishing community partnerships. We managed content publishing, audience interactions, advertising efforts, and continuing storytelling activities aimed at encouraging repeat visits. This helped Delibom maintain visibility, build consumer loyalty, and convert first-time visitors into long-term brand advocates.

What this proves

Launching a hospitality business comes with significant pressure, especially when building a brand from scratch. Delibom's launch journey demonstrates the value of combining strategy, creativity, and execution within a single growth-focused framework. Successful launches are built long before opening day. The Delibom initiative reaffirmed some essential ideas that continue to underpin successful hospitality launches.

Brand identity is the first investment, not the last.

Marketing is more effective when supported by a strong and consistent brand. Establishing a distinct visual identity and positioning before to launch provides a basis for future campaigns and client interactions.

Pre-launch community building changes opening day.

Businesses that raise awareness before opening generate more launch momentum. By building expectation and engagement early on, Delibom entered the market with an audience already involved in the brand's success.

In hospitality, visual quality is a business decision.

Customers often make their first impressions online. High-quality images, professional branding, and consistent visual narrative have a direct impact on trust, engagement, and visitor numbers.
